Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Followingforget Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use followingforget.garden. That includes people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
We work to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time. When we find a problem with the site, we work to correct it.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@followingforget.garden, and we will do what we can to help.
Send Us Feedback
We want to hear how the site works for you. Email contact@followingforget.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep improving.
Tell us what happened
